Provable, not promised

Compliant federal digital services at generation speed.

We deliver systems that re-prove their own compliance on every change. Controls are enforced in the build — a violating change fails before it merges. And when the engagement ends, your team keeps the generators. No lock-in, by design.

Enforcement

Compliance is enforcement, not audit preparation.

Builds fail, not audits

Compliance gates run in CI. A change that would break a control never merges — findings surface in minutes, at the developer's desk, not months later in a report.

ATO, accelerated

Authorization evidence is generated with the system rather than assembled after it. Control mappings, SBOMs, and test artifacts stay current on every build.

Event-sourced audit trails

Every state change in a delivered system is an immutable event. Auditors replay the history instead of piecing it together; nothing can be edited after the fact.

The exit story

When the engagement ends, you keep the factory.

Generators, source, and pipelines transfer at close-out. Your team — or your next vendor — can regenerate, extend, and re-prove the system without us. We consider that a feature, and we put it in the contract. The itemized version is one page: the exit story.

Code generators and templates — transferred
Full source and event history — yours from day one
Compliance-gated CI pipelines — documented, portable
Ongoing development and support — optional, and we hope you'll keep us
On artificial intelligence

The generators don't use AI.

The generators are deterministic: same inputs, same system, every run. Their output can be reviewed, diffed, and tested like any other engineering artifact.

Nothing AI-driven ships in a delivered system. We do use machine learning on our side of the table — a scanner that reads an agency's existing paper forms and drafts the digital version — but it runs on a developer's machine during the build, and none of it goes out the door. That keeps delivered systems out of scope for AI governance reviews. Teams that want AI-assisted development on their side can request our skill files.

Contracting

Schedule a technical briefing.

We brief contracting officers and prime contractors with a working system, not slides. Ask us what the platform cannot do — we will tell you.

No form to fill out — agency machines tend to block them anyway, and we'd rather read a sentence you actually wrote. Tell us your agency and what you'd like to see: a form you want digitized, a legacy screen, or nothing at all. Bring a document and we'll turn it into working software while you watch.
